Jennifer and Dan want to sell their lakefront condo near Charlotte because they are afraid that the water poses a danger for their toddler. Their realtor brings in 20 showings but no offers - not a surprise considering the sellers priced the home well above comparable homes. Will the sellers stick with their premium price, or drop it to motivate an offer?
