Nadia hopes to find a prime location and Paul insists on having ample square footage in their first place. But finding both in the Washington D.C. area will be tough, considering their budget maximum of $375K. Nadia compromises somewhat on location when they fall in love with a condo that has beautiful finishes, as well as the space Paul wants for $389,900. A few inspection issues have the couple worried, but the seller fixes everything and the couple happily closes the deal on their first place.

Are they willing to sacrifice time and money for the perfect location?
