New York couple Robert and Michelle are sick of the traffic and noise on Long Island and want a house and property that will provide a quiet, unhurried life for them and their family of four. Motivated by their daughter Christina's choice to attend the University of Florida and wanting to give their 14-year-old son, Luke, the opportunity to play sports all winter, the couple looks for a home on picturesque Amelia Island.
