Kelly and Russ are going to be empty nesters soon when their boys head off to college, so it's the perfect time for them to make their dream of moving to Coronado Island, California, a reality. The family is tired of the heat and the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale, Arizona, and wants to take advantage of the miles of beaches and laid-back lifestyle that Coronado offers. Kelly and Russ hope to find a beach-style home close to the water, so they can enjoy everything about living the island life.
