When longtime Chicago resident Barbara Correll isn't busy with graduate school or her full-time job, she's dreaming of owning her own condo. After turning 30, she decided the time was right to leave her tiny 600-square-foot apartment behind. She is ready to turn in years of living with miniaturized appliances in the kitchen and a bedroom the size of a closet in exchange for a two-bedroom, two-bath loft-style condo with plenty of room to grow. Realtor Joe Dupor has his work cut out for him.
