Modern Casita Shower Lounge

Josh and the crew take on three separate spaces for one very cool couple. First is the small, cramped guesthouse that's been used as a storage space for work and sporting gear. The casita gets a complete overhaul with two sets of accordion doors, a solid walnut bed, caged madrone wood light fixtures with magazine shelves, and whitewashed engineered flooring. The outdoor shower lounge boasts a privacy wall, floating bench, succulent wall hangings and an overhead showerhead. Lastly, the courtyard gets a sidewalk of poured concrete, an oversized concrete bench and garden bed, a dreamy lounger that holds up to three people, a firepit, and a mahogany floor to ceiling awning that ties all three areas together beautifully.
