The guys put a modern, bohemian and colonial spin on the oversized sleep space with a California King mattress tucked into surround cabinetry featuring a custom build headboard and brass lighting fixtures. Storage is beefed up with wall-to-wall bench cabinets and a library sitting area complete with angled bookshelves, a clean burning fireplace, and an oversized wood inlaid club chair. The wall mounted TV is tucked into a geometric art piece cabinet, complimented by a stand-alone art piece made with live edge wood and maps of the world. The finishing touch is a sliding glass door framed in reflective brass for a timeless, elegant, tranquil addition to this lovely retreat.

Subway tile backsplash, a Farmhouse sink, robins egg range and new shaker style cabinets are the perfect backdrop for this whimsical masterpiece. Lastly, the courtyard gets a sidewalk of poured concrete, an oversized concrete bench and garden bed, a dreamy lounger that holds up to three people, a firepit, and a mahogany floor to ceiling awning that ties all three areas together beautifully.
