Danielle and Bryan Doo were born and raised on the island of Kauai. After going away for college, both returned to their home island to settle down. Along with their three children, Danielle, a nurse, and Bryan, a fireman, decided that now was the perfect time to find a home of their own. They are tired of living with a friend and not having a space to call their own. With the help of their friend and Hawaii Life Agent, Darian Peralta, the Doos hope to find a place all to themselves.

Empty Nesters Move to Kauai

Brett and Rayna Evert first honeymooned on Kauai 30 years ago, and immediately fell in love with the island. Each year, they brought their three daughters to the island on vacation, and each year it got harder and harder to leave. Now, with their daughters grown and out of the house, Brett and Rayna are ready to say goodbye to their snowy life in Bend, Oregon, and start a new chapter in Poipu, Kauai. Longtime friend and Hawaii Life Broker, Tim Mira, is on the hunt to help the Everts plants some roots in paradise.

Military Family Moves to Oahu

Megan and Korhy met on Oahu when Megan was on Spring Break and Korhy was stationed in the military. The two ended up falling in love and even got engaged in Hawaii! Years later, they are eager to return, so when Korhy was reassigned to work at Pearl Harbor, they didn't hesitate to make the move. Together with Hawaii life Agent, Alison Wisnom, the Flannerys look to live an active lifestyle in their new home on Oahu.

Newlyweds Home Search on Oahu

Cody and Drew Jackson first met on Oahu while they were both visiting the island, and instantly connected. Though Cody was working in Europe and Drew lived in Colorado, the couple dated long distance and eventually married on the very island where they first met. Now Cody has a new job on Oahu, and the couple is eager to find a home where they can finally live together. Hawaii Life Broker, Melody Pevateaux, is hoping to find Cody and Drew their very first residence with everything they're looking for.

Single Mother Moves to Kauai

Janine Holstein is a single mother from Santa Monica, California, where she has been raising her son, Jotal. After working a demanding job, Janine traveled to Hawaii where she realized she needed to slow down her life. Even though it took a few years, Janine is finally ready to buy a one way plane ticket for her and her son to live their Hawaii life on Kauai. With the help of Hawaii Life broker, Carol Andrews, Janine will hopefully find the perfect home for her and her boy.

Back to the Big Island

Shari Streuker grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii but left after college to see the world. Now that her parents are getting older, Shari has decided to buy a home in her hometown of Hilo. Hawaii Life Agent Bruce Kekuewa has his work cut out for him, as Shari is working with a small budget but needs a three bedroom home with a large fenced yard for her dogs.

Couple Starts Business in Kona

Craig and Michelle Pivo have been vacationing in Hawaii for years. Upon becoming empty-nesters, the couple decided to leave behind their Pharmaceutical lab coats and open up an E-Bike Rental store on the Big Island. After investigating the real estate market on Hawaii, they decided that the Big Island would be the most affordable for their lifestyle. Hawaii Life Broker Minoo Elison Timm is helping the Pivo's start a new chapter of their lives here on the island. Craig and Michelle are excited to leave the desert and the view of the Las Vegas strip behind and move to an island where their daily activities will consist of electric bike riding along the coast, trying local Kona coffee, and taking walks on the beach.

Oregon Couple Seeks Hawaii Sun

Maui native Jeff Keyes loved growing up in Hawaii but moved to Oregon after college to experience snow for the first time. There he met and fell in love with Mindy Sue Werth, an artist, and realized how much he missed island living. Now, having found a job as a golf pro on the Big Island, Jeff has convinced his girlfriend to try living in the sunshine for a change. With the help of Hawaii Life Agent Jan Nores, the couple is looking to buy their first property together. Along with their own wants, their dog Tumi's needs are at the top of their wishlist- a yard to run around in. Hardwood floors for Tumi's paws, and enough space inside for Tumi to be comfortable.

Couple Moves to the Big Island

Lee Piche is no stranger to the island of Hawaii. After being contracted to build a home on the Big Island, he has always had a strong desire to move to Hawaii. When he met Jen, the couple took a vacation to the Big Island after only dating for six weeks. The couple not only fell in love with each other, but fell in love with the island. Ever since, the Piche's have been slowly planning their permanent return. Hawaii Life Agent Jan Nores is helping the couple find their perfect Hawaii home so they can build a new life on the Big Island.

From Heat of Arizona to Kauai

Jean-Marc and Michele Schonemann are leaving the scorching temperatures of Arizona to move to Hawaii. Originally, the Schonemann's considered the Caribbean, but after falling in love with Hawaii and realizing there are no work visas necessary, they decided on the island of Kauai. Since Jean-Marc was able to sell his chiropractic clinic and Michele was able to get a transfer from work, their dream of moving to Kauai is becoming a reality. Anne Eliason, Hawaii Life Agent, is helping them find a home in a quiet neighborhood with yard space to grow fruit and for their daughters to play in.

So Cal Family Moves to Kauai

Thom and Connie Antonopolous have been talking about moving to Hawaii for years. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and have been vacationing on the island ever since with their children. The timing couldn't be anymore perfect to move as two of their kids are graduating high school and attending the University of Hawaii. The family is looking to downsize and move into a more manageable home with little maintenance. The non-negotiable item on Thom and Connie's list is a view. Hawaii Real Estate Broker, Susan Blaylock is confident that she can find the Antonopolous the perfect home for them to start their new adventures in Kauai.

Season 6, Episode 12

Texas Family Moves to Maui

When Frank Flores first proposed the idea of moving to Maui, his wife Cara said absolutely not. But as she researched the island, she realized the family's long-term dreams of living a self-sustaining lifestyle could be a reality living in a more fertile place than the 100+ degree heat of Fort Worth, Texas. Now the couple and their three children are visiting Maui for the first time and looking to find a home. The family is hoping to find a large plot of land for growing their own food that's move-in ready and close to Frank's new job at the Kahului airport. Hawaii Life Agent Stacy Sebastian has her work cut out for her, as the couples $600K budget will be tough to find a large piece of land on Maui.

Season 6, Episode 13

Young Couple Relocates to Maui

Felipe and Kelley are avid surfers and always knew Hawaii was a great place for them to put down roots. The Hannel's are drawn to Maui's warm water temperatures, great waves, and the laid-back lifestyle. The young couple is focusing their home search to Kihei, on the South Shore of Maui. Their dream is to find a three bedroom, single family home with privacy and outdoor living space for BBQ's and parties, but they are also open to Condo living. Hawaii Life Agent, Alex Abreu, knows he has a tough job ahead since there are limited single family homes available within the Hannel's budget.
