With seven shows a week and his apartment sublet coming to an end, busy working actor Patrick desperately needs to find a new downtown home that works for him, his tiny dog Finnigan, and his enormous, oversized sectional. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find him a comfortable new pad in a pet-friendly building, but urges Patrick to look for a home - not a space that fits his furniture. A 23rd floor apartment offers plenty of room and an unbeatable downtown view. But when he visits a gracious, art deco one-bedroom, he's convinced he's found the one. Will Jodi's makeover give it the polish it needs? And more importantly, will Patrick's sofa fit through the door?
