The teams hustle to scout the properties up for auction, with hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line. In the sought-after city of Los Altos, a 2 bedroom home has the attention of Beau and Greg, and Dom and Krista. Both teams think this small house will sell for big money. In Sunnyvale, the market is hot and a 5 bedroom home is so rare that Josh is convinced this will be a huge score, but Alisha thinks the size of the home may be a hoax. Little do they know, Todd has his own plans to take this at the auction. In Santa Clara, Alisha immediately falls for a Mediterranean style home and will do anything in her power to take it from Rick and Vinny. The teams are fired up to out bid each other for big profits. But will they walk into a brand new remodel or a total disaster? Let the bidding begin!
