A Kitchen Fit for Family Dinners
Who's ready for breakfast? Tiffany created the ultimate casual dining space for her clients by opting for a large kitchen island surrounded by cozy leather barstools.
Monochrome Gray Aesthetic
In that same space, Tiffany stuck to a mostly gray aesthetic, weaving the color through the backsplash, cabinetry and appliances. The hue transformed the kitchen into a bright, welcoming area of the home.
A Few Unexpected Touches
Tiffany elevated this kitchen renovation by switching up textures and tones throughout the process. Instead of opting for white or gray shelves, she chose to add a hint of wood to provide contrast. Similarly, rather than using a matching chrome faucet, she went bold with gold.
A Pop of Pink
Tiffany learned a thing or two from her pal and Rock The Block co-star, David Bromstad: namely, that even the most elevated homes can benefit from a bright pop of color. Here, she opted for pink velvet chairs and teal wall art to get the job done.
High Contrast
Tiffany knows that the number one way to create a truly eye-catching home is to outfit it with contrasting elements. That's why she paired bold black curtains and wall paint with light wood floors and white ceilings, and pink chairs with plenty of greenery.
Beautiful Black Baseboards
Tiffany's love of contrast doesn't stop in the dining room, though. In this reno, she clung to her love of black by using it to make the baseboards, window frames and barstools pop.
Black and White
But that's not all! She also opted for shiny black cabinetry to give this kitchen a modern update that's impossible not to swoon over. And with bright white globe pendants hanging above, the entire space looks positively picture-perfect.
A Versatile Living Area
Tiffany is the queen of making the most of smaller spaces. Here, she's turned an open room into a quaint living area, as well as a place to dine or play games.
The Dreamiest Closet
Since closets can often become messy, Tiffany implemented rows of shelving and drawers, along with designated hanging space, to keep it as organized as possible. And, by keeping it all white, she's created the perfect backdrop for any wardrobe, as the colors of her clients' clothes won't be muted by darker or busier walls.
A Well Thought-Out Bedroom
We love a bedroom complete with a designated place to easily put on (and take off) shoes. That's the first thing we thought of when we saw Tiffany's full design, complete with two swivel barrel chairs.
A Laidback Living Area
Tiffany is a big proponent of comfort, but she's also the first to admit that just because a space is meant for lounging doesn't mean it needs to look like it. That's why we love this space: It looks cozy, but not overly lived in.
Hints of Gold
By now you've likely noticed that Tiffany has a soft spot for globe pendants. Here, she's opted for ones with gold hardware to match the chic gold stools sitting at the counter.
Mustard Walls
This sunset-inspired bedroom made Tiffany's clients swoon—and for good reason! While the walls are bright, they're warm and comforting, making for the coziest sleep space.
Casual Chic
Here's another perfect example of how Tiffany blends a casual aesthetic with a chic style. With lots of leather, gorgeous lighting and plenty of seating space, she's turned her clients' open floorplan into an inviting multipurpose room.
So Much Storage
Forget about his and hers sinks—this bathroom renovation features his and her storage, too. So often bathrooms lack on creating even drawer space, so Tiffany made it a priority with symmetrical linen cabinets, drawers and under-sink cabinets.
A Dream Bath
So often, people neglect to use their bathtubs—even if it was one of the selling factors in buying their space. But, with a tub and view like this, Tiffany is certain her clients will make good use of it.
The Power of Contrast
Rather than focusing solely on a mixture of light and dark colors, Tiffany used this space as a place to experiment with warm and cool hues, too. We love how the warm chandeliers and runner pair with the cooler cabinetry and backsplash.
Headboard Goals
Talk about a cool bedroom! No, literally—Tiffany used a variety of cool tones, ranging from light to dark, to create this edgy sleep space for her clients.
Head-Turning Appliances
When a kitchen is all-white, you have to get creative with your appliances to create an eye-catching contrast. That's why Tiffany opted for a stainless range, microwave and fridge. And, we must admit, it looks fantastic!
Bold Blue Accents
Last but not least is this kitchen complete with blue velvet stools, proving, once again, that just because you live in a more neutral space doesn't mean that color doesn't have a place.
