The condo originally featured four separate rooms, but designer J Allen removed walls to create one large open space that embraces the beautiful view of Washington D.C. Two separate yet intimate seating areas make the space perfect for entertaining.

Opposite the wall of windows, Allen creates another focal point with a sophisticated stone fireplace. She uses a neutral, wave-patterned area rug to define the seating area.

A round glass coffee table features a mirrored base to reflect light back up into the space and is the perfect partner for the curved, neutral sectional.
