The completely rebuilt spa includes a mosaic tile wall that carries the tile theme of the pool, as well as a streaming waterfall.

The buttress supporting the top terrace was turned into a cascading fountain and garden. Lights help to illuminate its features and make the water visible at night.

The runnel flows across the front of the house, beginning at a fountain created from a Hindu statue. The water flows under the entrance path, all the way to the end of the property.

The outdoor fireplace provides a visual statement and provides a focal point from the front door. Two 100-year-old olive trees were lifted over the house to frame the fireplace and balance the space.
