Runnel Flows From Stone Water Fountain

The runnel flows across the front of the house, beginning at a fountain created from a Hindu statue. The water flows under the entrance path, all the way to the end of the property.

Salvaging the structural beams from the former building allowed this entertainment pavillion to be built. It includes a wide-screen television, bar and refrigerator. The two banquette seats have storage areas underneath for entertainment supplies.

A Refinished Pool and Patio

The pool and surrounding terrace were completely resurfaced to help match the new contemporary entertainment pavilion. A built-in seating area wraps around the patio and provides additional areas to lounge while taking in the vibrant landscape.
