Gothic Cottage With Clover Windows
When approached to design a unique home for a couple in Unionvale, N.Y., architect Daniel Contelmo knew that a modern exterior wouldn't be suitable. So he settled on a cottage design that included steeply pitched roofs and clover windows reminiscent of Carpenter Gothic style. These details create a striking contrast to the home's pastoral surroundings.
