This formal living room was separated into two distinct spaces: one a bit more formal for entertaining, and the other providing a more casual atmosphere for relaxing. To maximize the budget, many of the homeowners' existing pieces were repurposed in the space.

A family wanted a house that was not only kid friendly, but better suited for entertaining. Designer Claire Paquin worked with them to create an elegant, contemporary space that included multiple seating areas, a billiards room and a master suite for the parents' own personal retreat.
