Alexis Benveniste is a writer and editor who covers food, culture, trends and travel. She interviews chefs, restaurant owners, cookbook authors, founders and creative people with interesting stories to tell. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine and The MICHELIN Guide, and she writes a Substack newsletter called Extra Credit.
Education
Alexis graduated from the journalism school at Indiana University and recently got her certificate in sustainability strategy from Stanford.
