This Mediterranean villa was once a bit of an antique, with dark wood details, ornate stone columns, limestone floors, wrought-iron railings, etc. So, Choeff Levy Fischman brightened and smoothed the interior, traded the limestone for light wood, brought in contemporary decor and totally revamped the pool area, to make the home feel modern and livable.
