The staircase features wood stairs and a black-trimmed runner. Railings swoop alongside. The first floor is striking black-and-white marble.

The master bedroom is housed in one of the home's new wings with an octagonal design that allows for lots of windows and lots of views! Walls were painted in serene pale blue to echo the water.

The built-in units in the bathroom incorporate cabinets, drawers, even a handy bench. A slim linking pattern is a subtle graphic pop on the walls.

Sunroom Exterior and Bay View

An outside view shows off the sunroom's unique octagonal shape. The design allows for wraparound windows that let sunlight pour into the space. Another octagonal part of the home is the two-story back section that connects the home's separate wings.
