Entrance

The exterior view of the entrance to the main home shows a large garden area with a decorative fountain in the center, giving it a Zen-like feel.

Pool

The deck space around the pool provides a large amount of space for entertaining. Check out the blue glass-mosaic tiles that line the bottom of the pool.

Kitchen

No expense was spared on Bill Dean’s new $40 million house. Notice the floor-to-ceiling marble and the expansive island in the middle of the kitchen.

Sauna

So guests can unwind after the late night parties, the updates to the home include a state-of-the-art spa, gym, sauna and a steam room.

Steam Room

Care to blow off a little steam? The luxurious steam room features tile from floor to ceiling.

State-of-the-Art Spa

Shown here is the inside of the spa, complete with a Turkish bath called a hammam.

Guesthouse Bedroom

A tall ceiling and magnificent chandelier tower above the king-size bed in the guesthouse.

Guesthouse Window Seat

Take a little break in this enchanting window seat to admire the tennis court and gigantic yacht parked outside.

Landscaping

A stone pathway sits on a bed of soft zoysia grass and leads from the main house to the guesthouse.

Guest Suites

A cluster of tiled-roof cottages house the four guests suites, overlooking the canal and the tennis court.

Tennis Court

Just don’t swing too hard, or your tennis ball might end up in the bay.

Dock

One of Bill Dean’s main priorities was to find enough dock space for his friends to be able to park their yachts on the property. We wonder if he could squeeze in one more?
