This Ice Cream Float is Part Iced Coffee, Part White Russian and All Delicious
Meet the black Russian: This decadent dessert float brings together all that is good about coffee, cocktails and ice cream.
- 1-1/2 cups coffee gelato
- 1-1/2 ounces coffee liqueur
- 1-1/2 ounces vodka
- 3-4 ounces coffee stout beer
- whipped cream
- coffee beans, for garnish
Place the gelato in the bottom of a large float glass (Ideally one that holds 12 to 16 ounces.) Add the coffee liqueur and vodka. Slowly pour the coffee stout over the ice cream to fill the glass.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with whole or grated coffee beans. Serve immediately.
