Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of frozen açaí (about 4 oz.)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • optional: peanut or almond butter

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend at intervals until a lump-free and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. If necessary, add more liquid to facilitate the process.
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings: granola, peanut butter, fruit, etc.
