Wrap With Yarn

Cut off any excess wire and unbend the swirls slightly to make wrapping the letter with yarn easier. Knot the yarn around one end of the initial and top the knot with a dot of glue to secure it (Image 1). Place a line of glue on the first inch of wire then begin wrapping yarn (Image 2). Keeping the yarn taught, continue adding a small line of glue (Image 3) then covering it with the wrapped yarn until the entire initial is covered (Image 4).

Finishing Touches

At the end of the wire, wrap the yarn back over itself a few times then put a dot of glue on the end of the yarn to secure it (Image 1). Allow glue to dry then reshape letter, if necessary, before tying it onto a wrapped gift (Image 2).
