1-1/2 oz. cognac
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 half peach (crushed)
1 lemon wedge
1 orange wedge
1 peach slice (garish)
1 mint sprig (garnish)
- In a shaker glass add the peach, mint leaves, lemon and orange and muddle together.
- Add regular ice, the remaining ingredients and shake.
- Pour into a long-stem wineglass filled with crushed ice.
