Chip and Jo recently transformed this Fixer Upper into a charming bed-and-breakfast.  And, of course, we were there with cameras rolling, just in time for the holiday decorations.

Remember what it was like as a kid waiting for Christmas?  It always seemed the big day would never arrive.

I suspect these Fixer Upper "kids" feel the same way.

Can't wait until Tuesday?  Here's a little preview, just for you. Don't worry; Santa won't label you naughty if you take a peek.

A New Venture

This sign welcomes guests to the newest addition to the Magnolia House family, Chip and Joanna's new bed and breakfast in a beautifully restored Victorian home.

BEFORE

It was Joanna's idea, but her enthusiasm was contagious. When she spotted this regal (albeit neglected) Victorian, Joanna fell in love with the home – and with the idea of transforming it into a bed and breakfast. Soon Chip was on board as well.  Want to get the full story and see the 'afters'? Be sure to watch the Fixer Upper holiday B&B special premiering on December 22 on HGTV. And keep coming back to Fixer Upper central for additional pics from the B&B project.
