Brandon Johnson

Brandon Johnson is the host of HGTV’s new series My Yard Goes Disney. He’s been taking yards to the next level since he first tricked out outdoor living spaces on HGTV’s Get Out, Way Out. You’ll also find him behind the wheel of some of the latest and greatest recreational vehicles as host of the HGTV special RV 2012.

However, many know Brandon best from Disney’s hit sitcom Shake It Up, where he plays the endearing and quirky host Gary Wilde. Previously on Disney, he played the recurring character Brian Winters on Hannah Montana. Other TV credits include ABC’s One Life to Live, where he starred as Michael McBain and Chuck Wilson III. His film credits include Malevolence, Rick, Little Erin Merryweather and Invisible Evidence.

Brandon says that one of his greatest gifts is the ability to ignite enthusiasm in those around him and that’s what drew him to being a TV host. His youthful spirit, along with 10 years of on-camera experience, creates the perfect blueprint for entertaining makeovers.
