A large oval shaped mirror with distressed wood frame and beveled glass sits above the vanity in this well-detailed powder room with an easy eclectic style. The light green custom vanity includes a shaker-style, two-piece cabinet and a striking cast bronze under-mount sink.

This well-appointed office provides a comfortable space for working at home that offers privacy for time at the laptop or taking calls, but still enjoys a central location by the media room and just off the great room.

Built-in Storage

A tall and wide built-in white cabinet houses the office’s smart TV, and offers storage for books and office accessories and decorative items.

At-Home Entertainment

Located off the great room, this top-of-the-line media room includes a surround sound system, projector screen, source device that serves up the latest 4K and HDR video streams, smart lighting system and more. You can create just the right environment for enjoying your favorite tunes or your next movie night with family and friends.

Feet Up

The plaid power recliners offer the chance to put your feet up and maybe even catch a snooze during a break in the action. The plaid fabric on the recliners pick up the colors used for the media room walls, ceiling and solid soft gray plush carpet.

Focal Point Wall

Designer Tiffany Brooks created a focal point wall behind the bed by using charcoal-colored peel and stick reclaimed American Red Oak wood panels with a charred feel and matte look. The surrounding three walls and the ceiling of the bedroom were painted a very light blue-gray color for contrast.

Bed and Bath

This view shows the entrance to the adjoining master bathroom, a well-designed space that includes a freestanding tub and smart shower system. The master bathroom also connects the master bedroom to the spacious master closet with more smart features.

Relaxing Oasis

The well-detailed master bathroom with dramatic black walls, a U-shaped gray double vanity, freestanding white tub and walk-in shower with smart shower system offers the latest smart technology mixed with the best of modern style, to create a relaxing oasis away from the main living areas of the home.

Out of Sight

The master bathroom’s hidden TV lifts and lowers by remote or voice-activated controls, so it stays out of the way when not in use. The compact TV lift offers quiet operation and industry-leading reliability.

Soak Stress Away

Placed under a large window that allows natural light inside with patterned roman shades and a one-light wall sconce on each side, the white freestanding tub with center drain includes an ergonomic design and heated surface with three heat settings for soothing warmth on your back, neck and shoulders. “The freestanding tub gives the bathroom a bit more elegance than a built-in tub,” says project manager Scott Branscom.

Warm Cloud of Steam

The clear tempered glass shower door to the spacious walk-in shower includes a steam-enclosing sliding transom on top that helps ensure a true spa-like steam experience at home.

Well-Organized Closet

At the end of this small hallway inside the master bathroom sits the walk-in master closet with organized open and closed storage and hanging rods for keeping clothes clean and ready.

Use Higher Spaces

The master closet includes two automated wardrobe lift products that help utilize every inch of storage space available. These motor-powered closet rods automatically raise and lower with a push of a button to increase hanging storage space.

Neutral gray walls in a light tone provide a calm backdrop for the plum and yellow colors woven through the guest bedroom's design.
