Enjoy the View
The home’s existing deck was in bad shape, but local shoreline codes restricted increasing the size of the deck. The solution was to improve on what was there. “We did a structural upgrade, reframed it, added posts and the new composite decking and handrails with the glass panels,” says project manager Scott Branscom. The railing’s glass panels along the walkway allow the stunning water views to shine.
