Season 4, Episode 14

Medieval Enthusiasts Go Tiny

New parents and San Diego residents Val and Deanna are ready to buy a new home, but student loans and high home costs have kept them from taking the leap. Therefore, they've decided to go tiny. But while they both want something towable, Val pictures an interior inspired by their passion for medieval history with space for a media center, but Deanna wants something that's a mix between industrial-rustic and midcentury modern with a spacious kitchen. With their $60,000 budget, finding their perfect place in a hot market could prove difficult.
