Darrin and Adriana have been together for 12 years and are looking to start a family in their dream neighborhood of Maplewood, NJ. After being outbid on 4 previous houses, these high school sweethearts turn to Josh Temple for help with landing a home in Maplewood's family-oriented neighborhood. Their ideal home would have 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, high ceilings, a white kitchen, and a flat yard with no big trees. Armed with a budget of $450,000 the crew takes to the streets to knock on doors and ask homeowners if they would be willing to sell their home, with just 24 hours to decide! Neighborhood residents speak wonders about the area, and for this same reason, few seem eager to part with their homes. Fortunately, three separate homeowners invite the couple into their home to take a tour.
