After recently purchasing an old ranch home from a family member, Phoenix couple Rob and Shelley enlist the help of Rafterhouse to update the home's inefficient layout. With a renovation budget of $200,000, Suzanne, Austin, Chris and Fallon get to work bringing this antiquated ranch home into the 21st century to accommodate the entire family. But will the four be able to keep the nostalgic charm while still creating an up-to-date home that can satisfy three generations under the same roof?
