Budget Skirmish

Matt and Jo have moved 10 times in the past nine years, but now with two little boys their nomadic lifestyle is no longer an option. Charm tops the wish list in their search for a family-friendly Charlotte-area home, but while they agree on style the couple is miles apart on budget. It's up to property expert Egypt Sherrod to get them both on the same page. And since 'penny-pincher' Jo wants to spend as little as possible while Matt is prepared to pay more for a turnkey home, the house hunt includes listings at both ends of their budget. Surprisingly, several properties make the grade and the couple is faced with an enviably tricky decision. That is, until Egypt reads the fine print and uncovers a game-changing shocker.
