After their house sold quicker than expected, a family is squatting at grandma's place until they can find the perfect mountain-chic family pad. Though they're determined to stay in the same neighborhood, Drew warns they'll have to widen their search if they want to get everything on their wish list. Later, asbestos cleanup hits the budget hard, forcing Jonathan to race to finish the reno five days earlier than projected.
