Kate's house is one of the most updated in her South Charlotte neighborhood, but the road noise is chasing buyers away. Kate is ready to start a new life for herself and her toddler son. Her dream is to sell quickly, so she can go back to college in Georgia. But when the deadline for registration is just days away, Kate is forced to make a painful decision.
