Marybeth and Jonathan are selling to get some serious family time together. They have a toddler son and a baby on the way but Jonathan spends hours in the car commuting to work. The two have renovated so they think it will sell quickly. But feedback from showings reveals they may have overlooked the most important update. It's a race as they try to get an offer before the new baby arrives.
