Season 42, Episode 4

Pool Pros and Cons in Richmond

Marc & Elizabeth love living in the historic Fan district of Richmond, Virginia, but it's not a good fit now that they have two toddlers. Their yard is tiny and the layout of the house makes it hard to Elizabeth to keep an eye on the kids when she's cooking. So with a $750K budget, they head to the suburbs on a quest for more space. They see a six-bedroom traditional house with a pool, but they're worried it could be dangerous for the kids. The second home they see is a stone craftsman style, but it's too close to the neighbors for comfort. The third home they see is 6,500 square feet with a giant rec room, but it's listed well above their budget at $775K.
