After spending three years cleaning up her credit, Christina has decided to buy a home she can share with her boyfriend Andre. She set a strict budget of $200,000 and is looking for a brand new townhome in the suburbs of Richmond, Virgina. As she looks at model homes, she and Andre will have to decide which one has the upgrades she wants and the space he needs.
