Instead he went for a fixer, and discovered how tough renovating in a former Communist country can be! Then, we catch up with a couple who were ready for a bigger home in the California desert. Despite their picky personalities, they opted for a project, and found out renovating isn't just hard -- it's also hard to stop! Finally, we return to the New Jersey suburbs, where Mike convinced Kristin to take on a home that needed work, and nearly pushed her patience to the brink!
