Season 3, Episode 3

Revisiting Renovations in Czech Republic, California and New Jersey

Ever wonder what happens after our house hunters choose their new homes? In this episode we revisit some of our most memorable buyers, including a man who wanted an updated home in the Czech Republic. Instead he went for a fixer, and discovered how tough renovating in a former Communist country can be! Then, we catch up with a couple who were ready for a bigger home in the California desert. Despite their picky personalities, they opted for a project, and found out renovating isn't just hard -- it's also hard to stop! Finally, we return to the New Jersey suburbs, where Mike convinced Kristin to take on a home that needed work, and nearly pushed her patience to the brink!
