Redoing a Budget-Eating Fixer

Chelsea and Aaron no longer feel as though their rental townhouse's features or location are appropriate for raising their daughter Scarlett and are looking for a new home that can combine her love of contemporary farmhouses with his taste in rustic charm. Their agent Andrew is helping them find a home that suits their needs and fits within their low budget. Once settling on a home, they hire a designer and contractor to help with some of its shortcomings but will the renovations result in a home that makes them feel like they're truly living the dream?
