Dan and his fiance, Casey, love living in downtown Jonesboro, Arkansas. But, they would love to buy a second home in another country. So they picked the Caribbean island of St. Maarten, their favorite vacation spot. With a budget of $700,000, they're hoping to find a place that's big enough for a family and is on or has a view of the beach.
