Mina and Karen splurge on a corner lot home in the historical neighborhood of Fletcher Place. While struggling to work within the guidelines of the Historical Preservation Commission, Mina and Karen face more problems than they could have ever anticipated. If they can persevere, the women think they can make up for the costs by the time the house goes on the market -- will they have gone too far over budget to make it all worth it?
