John and Whitney have just found a cute, outdated home in the heart of San Marco. It's the perfect house to flip but it's also a total gut job. With only four weeks to add a new master suite, new roof and new kitchen, they definitely have their work cut out for them. As they get started, the roofing contractor finds unforeseen problems underneath the old roof and John worries that the damage could cause their budget to skyrocket. And as John and Whitney nervously approach their deadline, they find themselves left with a ton of work to do before their open house. Will they get it all wrapped up in time to impress potential buyers on the big day?
