Radhika and Rahul are a hip, urban couple who have just bought their dream house. Most people would not share their love of a converted industrial sign factory, but 28-year-old schoolteacher Radhika and 30-year-old branding strategist Rahul feel right at home. When the factory was converted to a residence, the previous owners had terra-cotta floors and a wood-burning fireplace installed. Those items don't necessarily fit with the current owners' modern design sensibility. They are both accomplished amateur photographers and love traveling — their most recent trip was to India for a monthlong adventure. Between their busy work and travel schedules they haven't had time to add much personality to their space, so it's up to host Candice Olson to bring these much-needed elements into the picture.
