Jen and her husband recently moved to the big city from a northern town to be closer to work. They bought a typical 1950s house that was short on style, but big on space. They would love to transform the unfinished basement room into a guest room and a small home office. They're looking for a chic hotel-inspired room that can accommodate their multitude of out-of-town guests.
