Trading City for Suburbs

Newlyweds Katie and Eric Stuiber are ready to give up the high-rise city living for a house in the suburbs, but first they have to sell her lakefront condo on the north of side Chicago. Katie bought the one-bedroom, one-bath, 27th-floor condo for its great views and terrific location. Even with those positives, the condo has been on the market for more than six months and is proving to be a tough sell. It's time for the Designed to Sell squad to come to the rescue and get this place ready to turn a profit.
