HGTV Dream Home is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Merritt Island, FL with a ground-breaking new approach to construction. For the first time in the history of the HGTV Dream Home, HGTV is renovating an existing home into a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront estate. Host Josh Temple will lead the transformation of the property situated on a lush, tropical landscaped oasis. Whether arriving by land or water, the transformation will include an outdoor entertainment area , swimming pool, and ample parking for a new 2016 GMC Acadia Denali or the new boat on the private dock with covered boat slip.
