Lindsay Pennington's approach to interior design incorporates the comfortable traditions of her Southern upbringing with the sophisticated tastes of today.  Her designs have been recognized as beautiful and eclectic, creatively blending colors, textures and patterns to achieve rooms with elegance and warmth.  She has been featured in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Sunset Magazine, RUE Mag, California Home + Design, MyDomaine, Houzz, The Huffington Post, PureWow, American Farmhouse Style, and more.  She has also been a contributing editor to multiple issues of Lonny Magazine.

Pennington's recent work includes a diverse list of projects including: a refined mountain ranch in Wyoming, a stately family residence in Hancock Park, a contemporary home in Hollywood, a music studio in Laurel Canyon, a mid-century architectural in the Los Feliz hills, an historic prewar condo in the West Village, a chic Upper East Side apartment, and a modern townhouse in Brooklyn.  In 2015 her efforts have been concentrated on multiple full-home remodels from Encino to Pasadena.

A Kentucky native, Pennington received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Duke University.  She moved to California in 2006, and practiced securities litigation at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe before starting her eponymous design firm.  She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two sons, and three labrador retrievers (of various temperament) Dixie, Georgia and Penelope.  She is an avid supporter of P.S. Arts, a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of children by providing arts education to underserved public schools and communities.
