Because this room serves double duty—as a living room and dining area—it needed to be carefully designed. A sectional with a partially-open back maintains sightlines from one space to the next.

In this open concept kitchen, designers didn't want to detract from the room's bright, airy feeling. So the interior details are understated: polished nickel, lucite and acrylic accents and a pretty hardwood floor.

The ceiling of this foyer is covered in hand-marbled Calico metallic wallpaper, a beautiful way to add dimension and brightness to the small space.

The condo's main bedroom is both bedroom and workspace, and packs in lots of storage. There's a petite workspace made out of a mirrored desk. There's storage under the bed, as well as in the custom built-in cabinets and drawers. Light purple linen wallpaper is a soft, soothing backdrop.

Cole & Son flamingo wallpaper is a fun choice for this bathroom. The designer selected it because of the room's close proximity to the nursery and because of the condo's waterfront location. Marble walls and floors show up beautifully against the wallpaper's dark color.
