Backyard Designed for Whole Family's Enjoyment

Sliding glass doors open to the backyard, creating a seamless transition between the home's interior and exterior. Here, a large swimming pool and lounge area give the family of six plenty of room to stretch out on the weekends.

Clean Lines Connect Pool & Pavilion

Clean lines define the pool and the outdoor pavilion, creating a clear line of sight across the whole backyard. Meanwhile, a row of modern water fountains adds a touch of ambiance.

Sundeck Features Stylish, Cushioned Chaises

While the kids make a splash in the pool, the adults can take their pick of several stylish chaises on the sundeck. To keep this area as light and airy as possible, the DMAR Interiors team stuck with soft gray and white furnishings.

Quiet and Comfortable Fire Pit Area

Across from the lounge, cushioned benches provide cozy seating around a fire pit. With a wall of hedges to the left, this outdoor space is shielded from harsh winds and intrusive noises.

Pavilion Boats Open Kitchen and More

Wanting their clients to have their dream entertaining space, the DMAR Interiors team demolished a small outdoor structure and replaced it with this stunning 1200-square-foot pavilion. Inside, guests will find an intimate lounge, dining area, and fully-equipped open kitchen.

Dining Space Enjoys Cool California Breezes

Cut-outs along the side of the pavilion encourage cool breezes to filter inside. In turn, the owners can enjoy dinner and the best of Southern California's weather.

Comfy Sectional in Outdoor Living Area

After a long day by the water, the owners and their kids can curl up on a plush gray sectional. An area rug below complements the furniture and softens the stone floor.

TV Anchors Custom Living Area

In the living room, another 80" TV centers the wall, with built-ins on either side. Meanwhile, a custom cabinet underneath provides storage for extra blankets, pillows and even a few DVDs.

Bookshelf, Console Table Showcase Accents

To the left of the dining area, a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf proudly showcases the owners' favorite possessions. Meanwhile, a long console table visually delineates the sitting area.

Bright Pavilion Includes Recessed Lighting

Clean white walls and recessed lighting overhead keep this outdoor pavilion bright and well-lit.

Dining Area Includes Stylish Yet Durable Seating

Behind the dining table, a marble-topped island with six stools invites the family to gather 'round for dinner. To ensure that the furniture could survive the elements, the DMAR Interiors team upholstered each seat with durable fabrics.

TV and Built-Ins Coordinate With Rest of Home

An 80" TV and a built-in bookshelf help this outdoor space feel like an extension of the home's interior. Bonus: Who doesn't love watching the big game before dinner?

Island Topped With Teppanyaki Grill

Yes, it's true; this gorgeous kitchen island comes equipped with a 50" Teppanyaki grill! Thanks to its sleek design, the feature easily complements the rest of the kitchen's stainless appliances.

Open Kitchen Shines With Stainless Appliances

This kitchen includes all the luxuries you could ever want: an integrated refrigerator, ice makers and trash cans, a full-sized dishwasher and a 42" grill with a professional ventilation hood overhead. The result? Entertaining becomes entirely effortless.

Modern Home With Chic Black-and-White Exterior

A smooth white exterior and matte black trim give this home a clean, contemporary feel. As they enter through the front door, guests can see directly through the foyer and out to the newly renovated backyard.
