Bio
Heath is a journalist and editor who’s written and edited hundreds of stories for national publications. She’s been in the field for over 15 years, honing her eye for design. Heath enjoys DIY-ing renovations in her rental apartment in NYC and scouring vintage shops and antique fairs.
Education
She received a B.A. in English and Studio Art from Williams College and a degree in professional culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute (now known as Institute Of Culinary Education).
