The House

Built in: 1928. Bought in: 2012. Size: 2,300 sq. ft. “I’ve always liked the traditional look of Tudor homes. After buying this one, I uprooted all of the landscaping except for three trees, one of which is the kousa dogwood on the left side of the yard,”  says homeowner Drew Osler.

Shutters

The simple shutters  — each with a thin arrow cutout at the center  —  date back as far as the house. They still have their original hardware.
